Full steam ahead as construction gets underway at Vantage Bloomdale!

The team at Vantage Bloomdale are excited to share an update on the construction of our community.

Construction is progressing well on our first homes, with Stage 1 on track for completion in Q3 2025.

Taking full advantage of the recent sunshine, our team has been working hard with several key milestones achieved.

All earthworks are now complete, and concrete pier footings are in place across all Stage 1 homesites. Underground infrastructure installation is advancing steadily, including essential drainage, plumbing, and electrical works.

We’re now seeing the first concrete garage slabs being poured – a tangible sign of our community coming to life!

The next exciting phase begins before Christmas with the installation of pre-fabricated steel chassis. Early in 2025, we’ll commence steel wall frame installation across the first 8 sites.

As we progress, we’ll keep you informed with regular construction updates. We’re particularly excited to begin work on our Community Facilities in early 2025 – stay tuned for more details!
