Vantage Bloomdale Receives EnviroDevelopment Certification

Vantage Bloomdale has received a prestigious Six Leaf EnviroDevelopment Accreditation from the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA). This marks AVID’s first accreditation in the land lease space and its 13th overall sustainability recognition.

The development aims to create an environmentally conscious community of approximately 600 residents in Diggers Rest, balancing ecological preservation with modern lifestyle needs. AVID’s approach focuses on long-term sustainability, innovative design, and fostering community connections.

The accreditation covers six main criteria: ecosystems, waste, energy, materials, water, and community, with the ecosystem transformation receiving particular praise from UDIA’s sustainability experts.
