Construction Update March 2025

The team at Vantage Bloomdale are excited to share another update on the construction of our community.

Since starting Stage 1 civil works in January 2024, we’ve completed roads and underground services, paving the way for the first 26 homes, which are now well underway with roofing, windows, and cladding installation. Our beautifully designed display homes are also progressing and are anticipated to open in June 2025.

We’re excited to announce that construction of the Community Facilities officially began earlier this month. We celebrated this significant milestone with a sod-turning ceremony on site, joined by our project partners Insitu Group, CHC Architects, Case Meallin, and Arkee Creative.

Excavation has begun for the community clubhouse, which will feature world-class amenities, including a pool, spa, gym, and more, with completion targeted for Christmas.
